In a Tryptophan coma episode I discuss how a Big Mac relates to trucking.  Also, an ATRI study proves that companies are spending less on drivers than ever before.  The FMCSA waiver is extended until Feb 28, 2022.  OOIDA wants one billion for truck parking and they say the average driver looks for parking for 56 minutes per day.  Is that true?  Papa Joe meets with industry execs to make sure you can get Chinese crap on time this holiday.  The first International Scout rolled off the line today in 1960 in Fort Wayne, IN.  The beginning of the SUV thing we have today.  It is time to check your tire pressure.  You lose 1 pound per 10F so check them when it is cold.  UAZ is bringing a small SUV to the US.  Made in Russia!  Also, a reason we are not on Mars and it involves ham.

In a Tony Award production we discuss why trucking isn’t considered a trade.  The Tennessee Governor wants drivers to drive longer hours.  Is that good?  A truck crashes the Autozone and I mean all the way through.  Maverick gives a $100 bill on holidays.  Big deal.  Jeep has a recall, again.  The Toyota Murai is up and hard to find fueling.  The Ford Ranger gets a redo.  A reason we are not on Mars that includes me saying “Buttocks” numerous times.

In a literary masterpiece today I discuss the debt peonage that trucking has become.  16 Republican Governors sign Operation Open Roads.  Ohio allows 90000 pounds with a few restrictions.  The Ram 1500 is being bought back for some people.  Are you seeing dealers charging over sticker price for a car?  Don’t pay it.  Hummer Edition 1 is out and it is heavy and expensive.  Also, a reason we are not on Mars.

In this Arbor Day Award Winning episode I discuss a recent event that happened to my friend and why I think OTR truck driving should only be for a short period of time.  You can’t do anything with your life if you are gone from it.  A driver was fired for refusing to violate the HOS and he got his job, money and more back because of it.  Does your car have all the latest tech?  Apparently people have issues with it.  Also, a reason we are not on Mars.

In a Fifa-Cup winning episode I discuss the power of collective action and how we as a society have become fat, lazy and complacent in recent decades.  The NYC firefighters are on my mind.  TA truckstops in AZ and NM are rationing fuel so call before you go.  Do brokers make too much money?  I don’t think so.  Should you work for a company because it is women owned?  Does that matter?  It shouldn’t.  More on the infrastructure bill and some things it will do to new cars.  The F150 now has a supercharger you can have installed at the dealer and get 710hp and a factory warranty!  No price listed.  A 1976 Suburban is listed for sale with a 350 and a 3 on the tree!  Amazing combo on it.  Also, a reason we are not yet living on Mars.

In a meme inspiring episode I discuss paid parking and who should pay for it.  Should a driver ever have to pay to park a company truck?  It is time change weekend, set those clocks back.  The Vax mandate is upon us and I tell you what to expect.  A driver in NJ gets in trouble for having a gun in his waistband.  Could face 10 years in prison.  The Bronco Sport is outselling the Jeep Cherokee.  Should it with just 3 cylinders?  A 2000 Metro went up for sale with only 400 miles on it.  Amazing.  Tesla is allowing others to use their supercharger network but this is causing problems.  Also, we wrap up with a reason we are not on Mars.

In the amazing show today I discuss the ways drivers should consider their pay and why OTR truck drivers are underpaid.  I think people should consider the time a company is taking from them not the amount of work the company gives you.  If they sit you that should not be your problem.  Congratulations!  This is the highest fuel cost since 2014.  Maybe the administration will be able to get the interest rates up to 18% as well.  A lady tanker driver speaks and I wonder about it.  Navistar has to destroy some engines and that is a good thing.  Any time there are less Internationals on the road I am happy.  Winter tires vs all season tires.  Are they worth it?  GAP insurance.  Is that worth it?  Also, from China we bring you yet another reason we are not on Mars.
